Welcoming new members to our 25 Year Club

At R&M, we’re proud to recognise the dedication of colleagues who’ve reached 25 years or more with the business, a milestone marked by membership in our 25 Year Club.

The Club recently came together for a celebratory dinner to welcome its newest members. Hosted by our Managing Director, William Crook - who himself has been with R&M for over 33 years - the evening was filled with great food, good company, and plenty of stories from across the decades.

With the latest additions, 12 colleagues now make up the 25 Year Club, collectively representing an incredible 333 years of service. That number is set to rise to 408 next year as more long-serving team members join the ranks.

A big thank you to all our 25 Year Club members for everything they’ve contributed and continue to bring to R&M.
