R&M have the capability to provide our customers with bespoke electronic catalogues, giving them access to an EDI purchasing and product technical data sheets whilst using our customers own product reference codes and pricing structures, for ease of retrieval of information wherever they are in the globe.

Electrical Distribution

R&M are able to supply worldwide – UK, European, American and Australian standard equipment.

We boast a large fleet of vehicles ranging from 7.5 Tonne Trucks to long wheel base vans and transits, ensuring unrivalled fleet support by offering next day deliveries to most locations within the United Kingdom.

Through our dedicated exports and projects departments we have been successfully serving our overseas customers since 1996, distributing to over 80 countries world-wide, from supplying single one off units to bulk electrical contracts with major ship and ferry fitting companies for low to high scale cruise and ferry refits, refurbishments and new build vessels.

Supply Chain Management

Our dedicated Marine Division distribution team manages our supply contracts to ensure all goods are delivered correctly, on time, along with any associated certification required. With our worldwide network of divisions and global alliances we are able to offer our customers products from the world’s leading manufacturers.

Working in partnership with our clients through marine buyers and ship superintendents we constantly striving to improve our customer service, monitoring key indicators on a regular basis.

R&M are able to offer a customer bespoke solution for all of our clients differing requirements and have considerable experience in operating a wide range of stocking facilities, from utilising our extensive warehouse facilities to hold customer specific stock and spares to offering Kitting, Kanban and consignment stock abilities, located at locations convenient to our customers, e.g. Stock holding containers at the dock side.

Our marine division, specialist marine electrical suppliers,  are also able to offer flexible packaging solutions that are tailor made to our customers’ requirements, be it specific labelling, wrapper or containers – whatever your requirements are we pride ourselves on our ability to meet them.

R&M also recognises that the marine and electrical distribution business is not a 9-5 job, and offers 24 hours a day/7 days a week service, to ensure our marine clients varied requirements are catered for.
