• Providing training and information: We will ensure all employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.

• Empowering employees: We will encourage employee participation in identifying and addressing SHEQ concerns.

• Maintaining certifications and best practices: We will maintain certifications such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management) to demonstrate our commitment to SHEQ excellence. For Health and Safety, as we assess our risk as low, we will continue to ensure that best practices are being implemented and regularly reviewed to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

• Regularly reviewing and improving: We will continually review and update our SHEQ policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and aligned with best practices.
