It is the policy of the company to achieve the highest attainable level of Quality and Reliability of products and services, exceeding customer’s expectations whenever possible, through the implementation of a certified Quality Management System (QMS) by all Management and Staff.
To do so, R&M endeavours to provide products and services which satisfy any applicable requirements related to each contract or order placed.
The fulfilment of this policy is part of R&M’s commitment to the continual improvement of its processes and QMS. Therefore, R&M’s Management and Staff are instructed to adhere to it, as well as to company procedures and other documented information, at all times, at all organisational levels, during all phases of work.
This Policy has been communicated to all R&M employees and made available to interested parties.
