Marc Shortridge

Marc has dedicated over 30 years of his life to electrical distribution, over 20 of which has been with R&M Electrical Group.

Marc has progressed through the ranks of R&M to managing the largest and most successful of R&M’s UK branches, both in terms of turnover and in warehouse capability.

Paul Burgess

Known as Budge to his friends, Paul has been in Electrical Distribution since he left school. Working his way up from Goods-In in the warehouse, Paul left AC Electrical to join R&M in a sales capacity in 2000.

Paul is now responsible for Southampton’s large portfolio of industrial customers and has a particularly high level of technical knowledge in this field – second to none in the company.

Simon Lush

Simon has been with R&M since the company was founded in 1987, and has watched it grow from operating out of one room (apparently with no toilet facilities!) to the international success it is today, located in multiple national and international locations.

With over 30 years experience in the Electrical Distribution business, Simon concentrates on servicing our petrochemical and industrial customers and has a vast wealth of technical knowledge that the group is able to call upon – and we do so on a regular basis!

Aaron Pass

Joining R&M at 21 to work in the Southampton Branch stores, Aaron has contributed to the rapid growth of the division leading to its re-location in 2006 to its current premises.

His knowledge of both the company and the industry has led to his current position of Petrochem Manager.

Currently Aaron successfully manages the prestigious Exxon Mobil MRO contract held by the branch which covers the supply of all electrical equipment to the nearby Fawley Refinery.
