Our extensive experience in this field has led to the award of large MRO and supply contracts – both in the UK and abroad. We are also able to offer project specific supply management such as the Laydown Yard Management Service operated by our partner Siraj Naybur for the Zubair Oilfield Development Project in Iraq. Vendor Managed Solutions

Our flexible approach means that as an internationally recognised electrical supplier we are able to offer and have extensive experience in operating varying inventory management systems including; call off orders allowing for “just in time” systems to be operated, consignment stock, Kan Ban systems, cable management and managed stock within customer premises – such as the aforementioned Laydown Yard Management. We also have experience of managing supply stores within customer premises – such as our facility within Fawley Refinery.

Our approach to Supply Chain Management and the relationships we have formed with our partners – both customers and suppliers – enables us to evaluate the procurement process as a whole, with a view to constantly improving on the services and products we are able to offer.
