Working alongside our clients from the bid stage onwards, we aim to get an immediate understanding of the importance of our supply in terms of our clients own project scheduling.

This understanding allows us to build our management strategy around our client’s requirements.

Electrical Project Management

All of our project managers are individually assigned to each job, and are responsible for it from award through to fruition; this ensures that their knowledge and dedication to that particular project are second to none.   All of our projects are maintained on an individual basis and are bespoke to each customer’s particular requirements – guaranteeing the ultimate project management experience for our clients.

Our electrical Project Management team are typically responsible for all aspects of managing the supply chain, from the planning and scheduling stage through to procurement, expediting & despatch, and finally to ensuring international shipping regulations and requirements are met.

Planning & Scheduling

R&M believes that planning and scheduling of a project is synonymous with its success.

From attending planning meetings in the projects infancy through to supplying detailed delivery schedules tailored to the customer’s individual requirements we will liaise with all parties concerned to ensure our client’s expectations are satisfied.


R&M have provided electrical Project Management solutions to over 90 countries world wide and as such have extensive experience in ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and requirements.


R&M have close relationships with the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial and hazardous area equipment ensuring we are able to supply quality, certified products suitable for the environment they are to operate in and within the schedule required.

R&M works closely with our approved suppliers with regular facility and in-production monitoring carried out to guarantee the quality, performance and authenticity of the products we supply at all times.


Subject to our clients requirements our Projects Team are able to produce in-depth periodic expediting schedules, with regular manufacturer and client communication to ensure required delivery targets are achieved.

From the award stage R&M strive to build detailed material schedules that are transmitted to the client on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, highlighting key delivery dates and expediting details for every piece of material placed on order. These schedules run throughout the lifetime of the project and we gauge our success and failure against our ability to meet delivery deadlines highlighted at the onset of the contract. By taking responsibility for reporting and scheduling the emphasis to ensure on-time delivery of materials and documentation remains our key focus in supplying projects throughout the world.
