Neil started his career working in the transport side of the supply chain and subsequently joined R&M in 1999. Starting in the Export Division he achieved an excellent knowledge of global business and from there became one of the founding members of the newly formed Projects Division.
Initially beginning in a Project Leader role he was promoted to Operations Manager in 2009.
With Neil’s breadth of experience and knowledge he has was promoted to the Project Division Manager position from 1st May 2014.
Outside of work Neil is a keen sportsman and loves spending time with his partner and young family.
Rebecca (or Becks as she is known) originally joined R&M in 2010 as Project Support.
Her enthusiasm and dedication in the role has led her career development towards Project Management, and her attaining the position of Operations Manager in 2014.
Responsible for the Project Management Team & distribution, Becks is also accountable for the Joint Venture projects undertaken by R&M and was key in the project management of the contract to supply items to Barrow Island, a large Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Development based off the coast of Western Australia.
Becks is currently studying for her MCIPS (Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualifications and is a keen hockey player – coaching an under 10’s team in her spare time.
Sales Manager – Global Projects
Having had 20 years’ experience in the Electrical Engineering field spanning from the Merchant Navy, off shore platforms, and process control in both hands on and managerial roles Dave decided on a career change and in 1995 joined R&M in the capacity of Sales Engineer primarily to concentrate on the Marine and Industrial sales for R&M’s Southampton branch.
Subsequently Dave has progressed through R&M, focusing his efforts on servicing the marine, industrial, oil, gas & petrochemical industries.
Dave’s technical knowledge, experience and naturally exuberant character makes him perfect for the position of Sales Manager for Global Projects where he is responsible for maintaining and expanding business opportunities internationally.
Away from work Dave likes to travel and is a keen cook – often replicating the dishes he has sampled during his journeys across Europe and Asia.
Originally joining R&M as an administrator, Kerry moved to a more challenging position in the documentation team in 2008.
Her enthusiasm, dedication and attention to detail led to her eventual promotion to Documentation Supervisor where she is responsible for the management of the documentation team as a whole.
Outside of work most of Kerry’s spare time is taken up by her young family!
