R&M’s Marine Division has a dedicated specialist support team, who between them have over 50 years within the marine supply industry. Working alongside these key personnel are our dedicated Marine Support team which includes expeditors, schedulers, logistics and supply chain specialists.
Marc Shortridge

Manager of our flagship branch, based in Southampton, Marc has dedicated over 30 years of his life to electrical distribution, 20 of which have been with R&M Electrical Group.
Marc has progressed through the ranks of R&M to managing the largest of R&M’s UK branches, both in terms of turnover and in warehouse capability.
Outside of work Marc likes to travel and is a keen “cruiser”.
Nick Jenkin

Marine Sales Manager to the Marine Division, Nick has been with R&M for over 8 years working within the maritime sector.
A specialist within this sector, Nick has helped to grow the division into one of the largest customer sectors within the branch, with an unerring ability to both pre-empt customer requirements and to satisfy these requirements, which are often unique to our marine customers.
In his spare time Nick is a keen sportsman, enjoying all forms of team sports and golf.
Simon Dibden

Simon is the first point of contact for all your requirements. He has been with R&M for 18 months and has already become a key member of the team.
With over 10 years’ experience within the Marine Sector, Simon provides technical support and guidance to all our customers.
Simon is responsible for the day to day operation of our key marine accounts.
Away from work, Simon is a great family man and spends most weekends trying to keep up with his young family!
Greg Windle
Marine Sales
Acting as a key contact for all of our Marine Sales customers, Greg joined R&M fresh from college in 2009.
Greg hit the ground running, learning all about the electrical distribution business through our busiest branch, soon establishing himself as a key team member within the branch.
His dedication and technical knowledge of electrical products soon led to his promotion into a general sales role within the branch, quickly followed by his specialising in the distribution of marine equipment in his current role of marine sales.
Away from work, Greg is a family man and loves to relax playing golf.
