After finishing her education (BSc in Accounting & Business Administration and an MSc in Accounting and Finance) Natalya joined R&M in February 2011 in an accounts role.  Quickly realising her expertise lay elsewhere within the industry she joined our Exports Division in a sales and administrative support role for our Kazakhstan operations.

This role covers a multitude of functions with Natalya playing a key supporting role for R&M’s Kazakhstan customer base.

A Kazakhstan national, Natalya has lived and worked in the UK for over 7 years and is fluent in both written and spoken Russian and English.

In her spare time Natalya enjoys cooking and  likes to travel, relishing the chance to experience different cultures around the world.

Anara Sarmanova

Anara joined R&M Electrical Group in 2015 in the capacity of local sales representative.

She has extensive experience of working for some of the largest Oil & Gas Operators in the Caspian Region in a variety of roles including sales, contract negotiation and document controller.

Anara holds a degree from St. Petersburg State University, has an eye for detail, and strong communication and organisational skills.  A skill set that is ideal for the continual promotion of R&M’s profile in the region and the building of long-term customer relationships.

Outside of work Anara enjoys participation sports including cycling, and is a coffee connoisseur!
