Dan Biddlecombe
Director
Dan joined the business in 2004 as employee number one, he has worked in every area of the business, so there is not much that Dan does not know about R&M Fixings & Supports.
Since spring 2019 Dan has been based at our Distribution Centre in Middenmeer, The Netherlands. This DC was set up primarily to support our long-standing clients working in the region together with the rest of Europe. The increase in demand for our products & services from the many contractors successfully working within the New Build Data Centre sector has meant that Dan has overseen a huge growth in our European business.
Dan is a keen Golfer and fan of Southampton FC when he is not spending time with his partner & young family.
Nick Dyer-Smith
Director
Nick is a Co-founding Director of the business having worked successfully in the industry since leaving education in 1989. Nick has held a number of positions exclusively within the fixings environment & is a sales driven individual with considerable commercial acumen gained from nearly 25 years in the industry.
Most recently Nick has focused on the Companies supply chain, sourcing new product ranges to stock, implementing formal supply agreements & driving cost out of the business.
Nick is a keen sportsman with an active interest in cricket and a follower of other sports particularly football and rugby. He is now a qualified level 2 cricket coach & manager of New Milton Cricket Club’s under 13’s. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
