With more than 4 years experience as an ERP Consultant for Finance, Distribution and Warehousing. A certified Hawke Gland training instructor.

Roger Hayes
A self taught engineer with 28 years experience in manufacturing 15 of them in electrical equipment manufacturing. Experienced expatriate worked outside the UK for over 27 years – Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Dubai, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. Roger has been with R&M since the summer of 1998 when he opened the first international operation in Baku Azerbaijan.
