Jim Graham
Began his career as an Electrician working with some of the leading UK contractors, James Scott, BK, N.G Bailey. Worked with James Scott’s and Balfour Kilpatrick in the North Sea for 3 years, before joining CMP Cable Glands as Sales Engineer for Scotland & NI in 1994. Moved to Swifts Cable management as Scottish Sales Manager before re-joining CMP as UK Major Projects Manager in 1996. Promoted to International Projects Manager in 1997 and secured projects in Korea , Nigeria, Singapore, UK and the Middle East before leaving to become Business Development Manager for Balfour Kilpatrick UK Projects Unit in Glasgow in 2001. In 2002 joined Ross Electrical Oil & Gas as Business Development manager before joining Panduit International in 2003 as EMEA Oil & Gas manager. Opened the Panduit Middle East operation in January 2005 and promoted to Global Oil & Gas Director in 2006. Joined R&M Wholesale Electric LLC in February 2007 and opened the operation in Dubai in April of that year now employing 15 staff.

Over 26 years experience in the electrical industry. Began career as a trainee electrician before moving into the electrical distribution. Joined R&M in 2000 in the capacity of managing and launching the new Central branch which concentrated on local contracting business. Within 2 years and rapid growth the branch moved to a much larger warehouse which became the flagship branch of the company. In 2006 Kevin became Group Commercial Manager based in the Head Office working closely with all divisions within the group. 2009 saw Kevin relocated to Dubai in the capacity of Regional Manager to assist in the rapid growth of the Middle East region.
