Since leaving education in 1989 Nick has held a number of positions exclusively within the fixings environment. 2009 will be his 20th year within the industry. Nick is a keen sportsman with an active interest in cricket and follower of other sports particularly football and rugby. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family.

After leaving school Steve spent 18 months as a golf professional before realising that his future lay else where. Since this time he has held a number of sales and then senior post’ within the industry and has more than 15 years experience. Steve joined R&M in 2003 after bringing his business plan for a Fixings & Supports division supplying Building Services Contractors Nationwide to the R&M Group board.
