The Assembly Division within the R&M Electrical Group is dedicated to the assembly and modification of Enclosures destined for use in EExe [ia] hazardous and industrial areas. R&M from stock can now assemble, drill and modify Terminal, Junction Boxes and control stations to meet your specific requirements.
Licensed to offer the products manufactured by such companies as Cooper Crouse Hinds, Weidmuller and Abtech R&M can supply populated enclosures and Junction Boxes for:

As a testimony to our quality and service we have modified and assembled enclosures for installation around the world for Rolls Royce. Exxon/Mobil, Melrose PLC and BP with qualified and experienced engineers working to the exacting tolerances and standards demanded by such well known companies.
We hold large stocks of stainless steel. GRP, cast aluminium, painted mild steel and polyester enclosures allowing us in many cases to offer very short lead times with enclosures from such well-known names as Ceag Crouse Hinds, Group Schneider, Rittal and Weidmuller being available.
Taking a consumer’s brief, R & M will produce the product required to meet that customer’s needs. The service includes lead assembly, installation of any component and the total population of Distribution Boards and control Stations. This service also includes ‘Box Powder Coating’ giving a customer the choice of any RAL numbers to produce a high quality finish.
Because we keep a large range of GRP, Stainless and Steel enclosures along with ancillary components such as terminals, glands, adaptors, breathers and stopping plugs we are able to offer excellent lead times and normally turn around your orders in two to three days.
