Having operations in different countries and locations can lead to any number of problems within the sourcing, delivery or installation of a required product or service, but at R&M we've spent many years developing our integrated supply chain management systems to ensure that each step of the procurement process from receiving and responding to enquiries through to final delivery is made seamless to ensure that we are able to provide a first class service to our many customers both in the UK and worldwide.

We have built strong relationships over many years with leading global manufacturers to ensure that we are able to provide our clients with the best prices from the best manufacturers. Over the years this has led to us often entering into long term MRO and fixed term contracts with our clients to develop partnering agreements.

	EIC membership The Energies Industry Council is a source of unparalleled business intelligence. R&M's membership began in 1998, our close relationship with the council means we can keep up to date with top projects around the world. Utilising the EIC Projects Database R&M have vital information on the energies markets.
	First Point Assessment Limited, FPAL FPAL enables buying and supplying communities to build better relationships through a more open, trusting and proactive approach. Sharing knowledge, standards and expectations leads to buyers and suppliers sharing success. Our FPAL membership is a sign of our willingness to openly and confidently display our customers views on services and materials provided.
	Achilles - UVDB - Utilities prequalification scheme Providing the major utility providers in the UK with pre-approved vendor lists ensuring compatibility and compliance without the need to screen vendors independently.
