Assembly

Based at our head office in Southampton, the R&M Assembly division provides specialised construction of hazardous area enclosures and control stations to the oil, gas, water & chemical industries.

As an approved assembler for Ceag Crouse-Hinds, Weidmuller & Group Schneider we're proud to be able to offer distribution boards and switch panels to any specification at the highest quality, ready for installation. We have provided enclosures for, amongst others, Rolls Royce, Exxon, FKI & BP.

Marking

We also offer a service and supply of markers for panel builders and OEMs in the Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation industry. Using our dedicated software we're able to import and export information from our customers CAD Package, Excel Spreadsheets or Word documents. This enables us to save our clients in excess of 60% of the labour time involved in producing and attaching markers within their systems.

We offer bespoke marking on terminals, cable (internal and external), control equipment, push buttons and indicators. We can also provide self adhesive markers if required. In addition to all this, our flexibilty allows us to offer a customised marking service for customers who would prefer to out-source their marking requirements, where time and labour cost is of paramount importance.
