Our Project Division is dedicated to offering a bespoke project supply and management solution. This service can be offered in each of the markets that we operate. The service encompasses all aspects of project supply from initial assistance with product specification, technically and commercially compliant bid packages and material supply, expediting through to provision of maintenance and commissioning spares.

Our disciplines for successful project management include strong communication, planning, organizing, focus, honesty, positive use of resources and extreme customer focus to successfully complete our goals set out in conjunction with the requirements of our customer. We have over 18 years of experience in supplying cable packages and electrical bulk materials to OGP projects world wide and we are an approved vendor to many of the world's leading Oil and Gas producers.

UNITED KINGDOM

Wales

R&M hold a blanket agreement with the Chevron Texaco Pembroke Refinery in Wales covering the supply of specialist hazardous area products and project specific materials. This contract is serviced locally by our Neyland Branch with further support from our Swansea facility.

EUROPE

France

R&M project division supplied Hazardous area electrical bulk materials including hazardous area lighting, junction boxes, control stations, to Sneff in Fos Sur Mer, France. These materials were installed on the CA Platform drilling deck for Phase 1 of the ACG project for the Azerbaijan International operating company.

Holland

R&M Project Division supplied flameproof and hazardous area electrical bulk items and cable to Mercon who constructed the drilling decks for the AIOC East and West Azeri platforms in their construction yard at Gorichem. Materials were delivered to OEMS, Skid Manufacturers and numerous sub- contractors throughout Europe, Russia and the Caspian.

Russia

During 2001 R&M supplied flameproof lighting, electrical bulks and cables to the Kharyaga project in Russia (Total Elf Fina). Due to the extremely harsh conditions at the field R&M utilised products certified to operate in tempretures down to -50° C.

Georgia

R&M have supplied a number of projects in Georgia via our Baku Branch including pumping stations for the BTC pipeline and the Sipsa terminal. Products supplied include materials for both commercial and hazardous areas.

Azerbaijan

R&M Caspian have been based in Baku Azerbaijan since 1998 and have supported a number of projects in the region. Our Caspian division provides local technical and material support to contractors and fabricators working at 3 construction yards supporting massive projects such as ACG and Kashagan.

Kazakhstan

The Kashagan Field is an oil field located in Kazakhstan. R&M was awarded the supply of cable tray and ladder for the onshore element of the Kashagan Experimental Project. This product was for use on the main pipe rack cable route stretching 1.5 kilometres throughout the site.

MIDDLE EAST

Qatar

In 2008 R&M's Project Division supported locally by R&M Middle East were awarded an electrical bulks package for the massive Pearl GTL Project in Qatar. Our scope of supply included GRP cable trays and ladders, stainless steel cable cleats, transit frames and blocks along with data cabling and electrical consumables. This project highlights our ability to support major projects.

NORTH AMERICA

Texas

R&M have historically supplied IEC electrical equipment to operators and contractors in the USA. We have also been involved in supplying operators running oil tankers and oilfield support vessels in Alabama. R&M carries out projects throughout the world with it's partner company, Wholesale Electric, based in Houstan Texas.

West Indies

R&M have been supplying IEC electrical materials into the Caribbean since 1996. We recently supplied wiring accessories, cable, distribution boards and consumables to a prestigious development on Canouan Island, St Vincent. We have also supplied companies in Trinidad, Barbados, Mustique, St Vincent, Jamaica and Bermuda.

SOUTH AMERICA

Brazil

R&M have successfully supplied several operators in Brazil such as Pride International and Petrobras with Hazardous area equipment including lighting, control stations, junction boxes and glands.

Chile

R&M supplied Aluminium cable trays and ladders as well as electrical bulk materials to the Chile LNG project via CB&I engineering. Working with our joint venture partners Wholesale Electric in Houston we dispatched materials from both the UK and the USA.

Argentina

R&M supplied cable glands and junction boxes to Total in Argentina for the Tierra del Fuego gas project and for refinery de-bottlenecking projects. Working with the site procurement team R&M provided a fast turnaround for urgently required field and site requisitions.

AFRICA

Tunisia

R&M have supplied instrument and power cables along with containment and electrical bulk packages to Gabes LPG Facility in Tunisia. The new Hasdrubal onshore gas processing facility and the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) production facility will be located on the Tunisian coast between La Skhira and Sfax in Tunisia and is scheduled for completion in 2009.

Egypt

For the Qasr Northern Pipeline Project, R&M Projects have been supplying JP Kenny with Lighting, Power and Instrumentation Cable, Electrical bulks and containment products over a 3 year period. Working directly with JP Kenny engineering and procurement we have established ourselves as a key electrical supplier to this major project.

Nigeria

R&M supplied the Escravos GTL project with electrical bulk materials including IEC and Ansi Neema materials. Products supplied include cable tray and ladder, lighting, junction boxes, glands and control stations. R&M worked in partnership with Wholesale Electric to ship materials from Houston and the UK to the Escravos site located 100km south-east of the capital Lagos.

Equatorial Guinea

In 1998 R&M supplied Wesco SPS with marine electrical equipment for refit works on oilfield support vessels servicing Exxon Mobil investments in Equatorial Guinea. This contract represented one of the largest marine based contracts secured by R&M at that time.

Angola

Working with our joint venture partner Wholesale Electric, R&M supplied IEC consumable electrical equipment not locally available to the Bechtel construction teams based in Angola. Bechtel are constructing a liquefied natural gas (LNG) train, along with storage and marine loading facilities for LNG, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and condensate.

ASIA

Singapore

R&M have supplied electrical materials and cable to several of the construction yards in Singapore including Keppel Fells. More recently we have supported the SKOP project for urgently required cable glands and accessories.
