Brian Robinson

Brian Robinson is the founder Director of the R&M Electrical Group. After serving in the Royal Navy as an Electrical Engineer, Brian first ventured into electrical distribution in 1980 prior to establishing R&M in Southampton in 1986. The Group now enjoys a turnover in excess of 50 Million GBP and Brian continues to enjoy a hands-on role in overseeing the groups continued growth both in the UK and overseas.

William Crook

William joined R&M in 1992 initially setting up the Group’s operating and finance systems . William was appointed as Group Finance Director in 1997 and has successfully overseen continued group expansion including acquisitions and the launch of several UK and overseas branches during that time. William was promoted to Group Managing Director in 2013, reporting directly to the Chairman, William has overall responsibility along with his fellow directors for ensuring that the group continues to enjoy structured growth whilst maintaining its strong financial footing.

Andrew Chandler

Andrew joined R&M in 1996 to launch the Export and Project divisions for the group. R&M’s Global success resulted in Andrew being appointed to the board as Group Sales Director in 1998. In 2003 Andrew was appointed International Managing Director and oversaw development of our Project, Export and overseas businesses in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Dubai. In 2013 Andrew was appointed Group Sales Director and has responsibility for Sales and Marketing across all sectors of the Group and continues to enhance the prosperity of the R&M Group globally.

Richard Sherin

Richard joined R&M in 1996 and along with Andrew Chandler launched the Export and Project divisions, Richard was subsequently appointed to the board in 1998 taking Commercial and UK Managing Director positions. Following management restructuring in 2013 Richard was appointed as Group Commercial Director, Richard now has responsibility for Supplier development and negotiation. Richard also works closely with the Project and Group Bidding and purchasing teams to ensure that R&M remain competitive in the Global Market.
